Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order by either calling us on +919899090357 or writing to us at ombrello.clothing@gmail.com to place a request for cancellation.

Please inform us as soon as possible so that we don't process the order. It saves the courier cost & effort.

Cancellation of COD order 

For the cancellation of COD orders, please inform us strictly within 24 hours of an order being placed either by WhatsApp on 09899090357 or via mail - ombrello.clothing@gmail.com.

For the cancellation of prepaid orders, a credit note will be provided which can be used in the next 60 days on the Ombrello website. However, all the credit has to use in a single purchase.
