At OMBRELLO, it’s our constant endeavor to provide the best customer service each time you shop with us. We only accept returns for products purchase directly from the website. Any return request for products purchased from other modes will not be accepted.
To make your shopping experience at Ombrello fuss-free, please go through the following terms & condition at the time of making the purchase:
- Products purchased during a sale, coupon, or gift voucher are non-returnable, non-refundable. However, size exchange is possible by connecting on WhatsApp on +919899090357.
- In case of receiving any damaged/wrong product, please connect on WhatsApp on +919899090357.
- Custom-made orders are also not eligible for returns. However, we offer one time alteration for these products where in the customer will have to self-ship the product to us.
CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES
As per the company policy, no return or refund is provided on any product once sold. However, the product can be exchanged in a bigger or smaller size depending upon the stock availability and only if the below conditions are met:
- Garments purchased during sale are not eligible for any kind of return/ exchange.
- Request for exchange should be informed to us within 48 hours of delivery of the product to the given address.
- Garments should be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of damage, stains & fragrances. The tag on the product should be intact & the product should be in its original packaging.
CREDIT NOTE POLICY
A credit note will be issued only if the desired size of the product is out of stock.
- Store credit will be issued to the amount equal to the exchange product value minus the shipping/ COD cost with a validity of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of store credit.
- If the product is eligible for size exchange, please WhatsApp us on 09899090357 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery to request for exchange.
The product has to be self-shipped by the customers & once it qualifies the quality check, we shall dispatch your replacement order. We recommend customers use traceable mail for returning items as any returned item that is not received by Ombrello will be treated as not returned.
The exchange will also not be accepted if:
- If the customer doesn't like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer must read the product description carefully & look at all the pictures before ordering. You can always reach out to us to know more details about the product if needed.
- 10-12% color difference will depend upon the screen resolution & lights, please do not except a return or exchange for the same.
- If the product is used, worn, washed, damaged, or stained.
- If the original tags are missing from the product.
